DOES MY ORDER SHIP FREE?
All orders including $175 or more of qualifying products ship for free anywhere in Canada and the US. We also offer free next-business-day shipping within the certain areas of the GTA!
WHAT'S A QUALIFYING PRODUCT?
Ok, we're not trying to be jerks but we do unfortunately need to exclude certain products from free shipping just due to the nature of shipping them and their size.
The only products that don't qualify for free shipping are posters, turntables, speakers, and record storage crates. Everything else qualifies towards the free shipping threshold. That's easy enough, right?
WHAT'S THE DEAL WITH THIS LOCAL NEXT-DAY DELIVERY, HOW DOES THAT WORK?
Our next-day delivery service is provided by Swyft and is offered to most customers in the GTA. Order by noon and receive your order the next business day at the latest! Orders are typically delivered from 5-10pm Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
You will be prompted for a contact phone number for the delivery and you will receive real-time tracking updates and delivery estimates so you can be sure your package is arriving with you safely. Like UBER or DOORDASH, someone must be at the address to receive the package.
If you are not available to receive the package and it is returned to us, an additional fee may be required for redelivery.
WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR IN-STORE PICKUP?
We offer free in-store pickups at our physical shop at 215 Spadina Ave in Toronto - just select it at checkout and your order will be ready ASAP. Note our store hours (12-7pm daily), and pay attention to our social media channels for updates on holidays.
Please wait for your pick up confirmation notification before heading down to the shop. If you haven't received your confirmation but would like to pick up, please give us a call at 416-532-0334 and we can do our best to fast-track your order to be ready for pickup.
If you would like a contactless pickup, please give us a call from outside the shop and we can organize bringing it out to you.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LESS THAN $175?
Shipping for all orders that don't qualify to ship free is a low flat-rate based on your location.
WHAT ABOUT DUTY & TAXES?
International shipments can sometimes incur duties and taxes. The recipient of any and all goods sold by Sonic Boom is responsible for any and all Customs fees, including taxes, brokerage fees, and any other fees assessed at the border prior to delivery.
WHERE DOES MY ORDER SHIP FROM?
All orders are processed at our shop in Toronto at 215 Spadina Ave.
WHICH CARRIER WILL DELIVER MY ORDER?
All non-local orders in Canada are delivered by Canada Post. GTA customers are able to select Accelerated Next-Day Delivery from our partner Swyft. US orders are delivered by USPS.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO GET HERE?
Please see the shipping time estimate indicated for your shipping option at checkout. Tracking information is provided as soon as we'll prepared your package for shipment and you can track your package every step of the way. Package taking too long? DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Unfortunately at this point we're only shipping to Canada and the US. We hope to introduce international shipping in the future!
