We used to think 2026 was going to be flying cars, floating cities and eating goo in order to sustain ourselves. Only the goo thing wound up coming true. Mortal Komedy is an attempt to provide the thrill that flying cars and floating cities would have given us. This album represents all the hopes and dreams of mankind smushed up into a little ball and thrown in an already very full garbage can. You cannot escape this album. The album is meant to be played backwards. Dogs mate to this album, and you should too. Please mate silently, so you can hear all the jokes. Webster’s Dictionary defines jokes as “something we laugh at”. I ignore this definition and go for different reactions. A raised eyebrow, an ache in the shoulder…even a slight feeling of happy nausea. This is Mortal Komedy. This is how we do it.
