How Does Pick-Up Work?

We are happy to announce that we are now able to offer contactless pick-up for Toronto / GTA customers during the COVID-19 pandemic. There is no minimum order value needed to be eligible for pick-up. Our pick-up hours are between NOON-7pm daily at our 215 Spadina Ave shop in Toronto. You will not enter the shop; all pick-ups are contactless. Health & safety are our top priorities. Do not use this service if you have recently traveled, are symptomatic, or have been exposed to a confirmed COVID-19 case.

Instructions for contactless pick up:

Select your items and add to cart, as you would a normal online order.

At checkout, in the shipping drop-down menu, you will select the option for contactless pickup.

Proceed to payment.

You'll instantly receive an automated email confirming that we have received your order, and it is in queue to be packed.

You will receive a second email when your order is ready for pickup, with instructions on how to collect your package.

We will be doing our best to process pick-up orders as quickly as possible in order to get them in your hands faster. If you have further questions, simply reply to your order confirmation email and we'll do our best to help you out!


Where does my order ship from, and using what carrier?

All parcels are packed at our 215 Spadina Ave location in Toronto. In order to keep our staff and customers safe, as well as our shipping rates low, all shipments will be processed by our shipping partner, Chit Chats. You will receive a link to a Chit Chats tracking number, where you will be able to track your package as it reaches its carrier and makes its way to your door (Canada Post, USPS, or Asendia for international orders). We are excited to offer all customers FREE SHIPPING on orders over $175*. Otherwise, shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and size of the products. Please note we have been experiencing longer than normal shipping times throughout the COVID 19 pandemic. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
